The motorcycle conveying line is a full-process transfer system specially designed for motorcycle production. It integrates heavy-duty roller roller lines, suspension chains, AGV trolleys and other equipment, connects frame processing, engine assembly, vehicle assembly and inspection links, and adapts to the production needs of multiple models such as straddle riding, pedal, and electric motorcycles. It is the core logistics facility to ensure large-scale manufacturing and quality control of motorcycles.
Transportation in the frame processing section: Heavy-duty roller rail is used to carry the frame (weight up to 80-150kg), and it is cooperated with a hydraulic overturning mechanism to achieve multi-angle positioning in the welding and coating processes. The roller rail bearing weight is ≥200kg/m, and the positioning error is ≤3 mm. Ensure the processing accuracy of the frame. Engine assembly transportation: Engine parts are transported through anti-static belt lines, and flexible clamps are set up to fix precision parts such as cylinder blocks and crankshafts to avoid bump and damage;AGV trolleys are responsible for the assembly and docking of engine assemblies and frames, and accurately deliver them to the assembly station. Vehicle assembly and inspection and transportation: Use a built-in suspension chain to convey the entire vehicle (load ≥300kg) to complete the assembly of seats, instruments, tires and other components; connect the end to a roller inspection line to simulate riding conditions to test braking and damping performance, the conveying speed can be adjusted as needed (0.5-1.2m/min).
Flexible adaptation of multiple models: Through rapid replacement of positioning tooling (replacement is completed within 20 minutes), it is compatible with the production of 100- 250cc straddle bicycles, scooters and electric motorcycles, supports mixed-line manufacturing, and meets the needs of small batches and multiple varieties orders. Balancing heavy load and precision: For heavy-duty parts such as motorcycle frames and engines, the conveying equipment uses high-strength steel; for precision parts such as carburettor and electronic control modules, it is equipped with anti-static and anti-scratch protection designs, and the defective rate is controlled within 0.3%. Intelligent collaborative scheduling: Connected to the MES system, real-time monitoring of conveying beats and workstation status, automatically adjusting the AGV path and conveying speed, shortening the waiting time between processes to 10 minutes, and improving production efficiency by 35%.
